Angie has been a personal trainer for over 20 years. She specializes in working with individuals who have suffered an injury, been through surgery, or experience chronic pain. Her goal is to improve her clients’ quality of life through proper movement and strength training. She works individually to assess each client and devise a program specific to their needs. There are no “cookie cutter” workouts. She believes that exercising should not be a chore and should never cause injury. She works with each client to find way to incorporate exercise into daily life and to make it an enjoyable experience.
A multi-sport college athlete, she spends her free time playing competitive tennis, learning Jiu jitsu, and chasing her eight-year-old son around. She loves being outdoors in the California weather after growing up in Wisconsin and tries to make the most of it.
