Catherine has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She started her career on the East Coast in New Jersey and 17 years ago brought her experience and training methods to California.
As a certified Pilate Instructor, she uses Reformer training and all other Pilate modalities to help her clients reach their fitness goals with a unique and specialized form of training. With Pilate training you get strong and flexible from the inside out and develop core stability, muscle strength and flexibility that will enhance every aspect of your physical well-being.
Catherine is also a certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise and has been a Sculpting and Cycling group fitness instructor for these last many years.
