I have been an ACE Certified personal trainer for over 20yrs. and a certified Pilates instructor for 12yrs. The disciplines that I feel important for everyone to work on is core strength, muscle tone , flexibility and balance. I like to work with the whole person to make sure they are not only physically fit but mentally fit.
At Built Ambition, I look at fitness differently than a lot of personal trainers. By that I mean fitness is different for everyone and what one person is looking for in a gym, a fitness plan, or a personal trainer is not the same as someone else. So, making sure I am flexible in understanding your goals and needs as a trainer is important. In fact, I think it’s just as important as understanding anything I do.
